Payments to Certified Financial can be made without a convenience fee by check or money order mailed to our offices at 2001 Oak St., Bakersfield, CA 93301, or in person via cash, check, or money order at a Certified Financial Payment Collection Center*. Please note that payment fees may apply to certain transaction types.
Contract Modification Agreement (CMA)
A CMA fee applies for creating, reviewing, updating, and recording documents that modify the terms of an existing loan. CMA requests are subject to approval by Certified Financial. For clients with CPI Escrow payments, an additional $15 fee is added to the CMA fees.
Our Payment Collection Center is located at the main office at 2001 Oak St., Bakersfield, CA 93301. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please bring exact cash, as change is not available.
